V-Gallery is a simple ' Internet Picture Voting ' application. Back-end by Access Database, V-Gallery can store 1000's of pictures (Limited only by the web space it sits in..). Visitors can submit their own pictures for others to vote on. After each vote, the picture will be shown together with its total votes in order of most votes first.
Voting can be open and unlimited or the Control panel can change the settings to limit user votes and restrict them along with changing the gallerys colour scheme and much more..
You can add your own theme names and descriptions so your users all know what the current competition is and any info the site manager/s want to give on the current competition can be added in the control panel and this will display on the Info / Rules page.
The V-Gallery Is FREE for short term competitions and we set them up FREE on our server for you if you need one. There is no charge for the FREE versions but they are limited to our servers capacity at the time.

Once running you have an online picture gallery and your visitors can add picture images & photos by using the submission form provided, in turn you the admin / manager get an email to tell you and can view the 'Pending Pics to review what has been sent. This ensures no illegal or X rated material gets published without you knowing.
Once you accept the photo it goes into the main gallery where it can be voted on by your sites users, if you were running a Photo Of The Month Competition you would allow users to add pics up until a certain date, you fill in the section in the control panel with the comps start -finish dates and any other info you need to give out and you can then enable the submission form on or off when your ready to receive pics this is done by a simple On/Off button in the Control Panel.
However your Photo Of The Month Competition is judged whether by an individual judge or by highest votes its all the same that's your decision....
Once the competition is over you can switch off the submission form to stop receiving photos until the old lot are cleared out or the top picks have been sent to the hall of fame.
There are individual photo deletes in the control panel or there are 2 Mass Delete Functions, use these with care as when you choose a mass delete it does just that and will blitz whatever gallery you choose, although you do get a warning to say are you sure you want to do this it is un reversible once done!!
Once a photo competition is over and the winners have been chosen either by total votes or by an independent judge the admin / manager/s can use the control panel to move winning photos to the Hall Of Fame gallery where you can save a collection of competition winners, these will display in order of highest votes first.
EXIF info is displayed on each image if available.
V-Gallery comes with a small Web-based Admin Control Panel, you will be able to perform all of the following:....

- Force Users To Log In Before Access To Adding & Voting Or Leave Open To All
- Auto Add Your Own Copyright (C) Notice To All Photos Added Or Not.
- Email All Members Individually Or From 1 Email.

On the users browser to allow them to vote, voting can be restricted to one vote per picture or set to allow multiple votes up to a maximum of 10 votes per visitor. Or it can be set to allow multiple unrestricted voting for all usres.

Gallery Costs & Price Info
V-Gallery is not given out in source code for Free and FREE versions are only ran on the staffdata servers if you do not need a hosting account and are only running a short one off competition then we will set up a VGallery for you for free depending on your theme and organisation. .
